  • Shipping

    Shipping charges are based on size and weight and will be available for your review during the checkout process.

    Orders ship 24-48 hours from receipt.

    * Please note that possible delays may occur beyond our control once the order has been shipped. Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding and patience, and we recommend allowing extra time for delivery. If the delivery time frame has passed and you have not received your order, please feel free to reach out to us so that we can assist you further

  • 30 Day Return Policy

    At The PROSHOP, we believe in selling products we would be proud to use in ourselves and want you to buy with confidence. You can return your purchase for any reason, and we really mean that!

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase upon receipt you may return your new, unused purchase for an exchange or store credit within 30 days after your order ships. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking or cancellation fee.

    All returns must be initiated via our support team.

  • Deliverability of Shipment

    The customer is responsible for shipping both ways and on orders returned that are marked undeliverable by the shipping carrier

    Please make sure all packaging and product is in good shape to ship before sending it us

  • Returning Merchandise

    • Returns must be started within 30 days after the order originally shipped.
    • The product must be in new and unused condition.
    • ALL returned merchandise subject to a 20% restocking fee.
    • ALL products must be in new and unused condition.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Customer is responsible for all return packaging and shipping charges and arranging the delivery back to The PROSHOP

  • Receiving Your Credit

    Please allow up to 10 business days for your store credit to be processed once it is received here at The PROSHOP. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
